Don't Run on Tile Floors While Wearing Socks

Today while visiting Uncle Corey, Hayden and baby Smith, Garrett slipped on the tile floor and hit his mouth, busting up his poor little lip. There was lots of blood and tears shed but we survived the drama and I think he's going to be okay. His lip is very sore but after a cup of chocolate milk and two York Peppermint Patties,

I was able to get a little smile out of him.

Snow Day 2011

This is what we woke up to yesterday morning here in Hampstead!

I can't remember the last time I've seen this much snow!
It was so pretty! Garrett didn't care for the snow at all last year. This year, he LOVED it! After playing in it for a bit, I had to drag him back in the house. He didn't care how cold it was!Alaina liked it too!

So now that I've seen it fall, tasted it on my tongue, taken some cute pictures...it can all go away please!!

5-Months-Old

My sweet Alaina is 5-months-old today.

She's officially moved into her room, sleeping in her big girl crib and out of the bassinet beside my bed. I miss having her at arms stretch but everyone is sleeping better this way.

This past month we've started feeding her baby cereal and food. She wasn't too sure at first...

but now she's gobbling it up!
Alaina witnessed her first snow fall this past month.
She also had her first visit from Santa. She was a very good girl!

Alaina is almost sitting up on her own and we're waiting to see teeth break through any day now. Sooner than later hopefully. Those teeth are a pain for us all!

I'm having so much fun with my little doll baby and looking forward to what the the next 5 months have in store for us!
